Family: Father a Gujarati by origin married his mother who is a Malayali. Father is in Gujarat and Mother is working as a housemaid in Ernakulam South. Manu's is his twin brother and is with him in Snehabhavan. The younger and only sister is with the father in Gujarat.

Like Manu, his twin-brother, Anu is also having the same features so that identifying them becomes little difficult even for those who are used with them. Anu is also studying in 7th standard. He wants to study at least till 10th standard, things will be decided after that. Cricket and football are only two of the activities that interests him most. He enjoys reading Malayam story books and watching TV programs. It is being said that twins have almost same thinkings and behaviors. Although his decision is to become a Police Officer, it has got somewhat similarities regarding the choice both have made.
